Carlo Boyancé

Born in Verona, Italy in 1967. In 1992 degree in Economics (110 cum laude), he is “dottore commercialista” (Italian CPA) and auditor enrolled in the Register held by the Ministry of Justice.

After a two years experience in an important business and tax consultant office in Verona, he joined in 1994 Arthur Andersen (merged during 2002 into Deloitte & Touche) where he worked until 2004 at senior manager level.

Main tasks among audit of statutory, consolidated financial statements and reporting packages (UK and US GAAP) of manufacturing companies operating in agribusiness, mechanical, thermo-technical, publishing, utilities, textile-clothing, glass and entertainment industry.

Other relevant experience in due diligence projects, in M&A activities and support to listing on the Stock Exchange.

Coordinated and participated in consulting engagements: elaboration of business plans, analysis and evaluation of MIS/DSS, business process re-engineering and internal auditing projects.
