Alex Sometti
Born in Caprino Veronese in 1976. Graduated in 2000 in Economics at the Verona University with Honors, he is auditor enrolled in the Register held by the Ministry of Justice since 2007.
He joined in 2001 in Arthur Andersen (merged during 2002 into Deloitte & Touche), where he worked until 2004 at senior level.
Main tasks among audit of statutory, consolidated financial statements of listed companies, also the reporting packages of companies operating in agribusiness, mechanical, publishing and textile-clothing industry. His tasks also included the audit of Italian subsidiaries of International Groups.
Other relevant experience in due diligence projects and other consulting engagements as elaboration of business plans.
