Prauditing has its offices in Verona and Vicenza and a staff location in Trento and can rely on the contribution of 20 professionals and a couple of non-professional staff.

Our structure

Persons and organization are directed and coordinated by four operating partners,
Marco Giuseppe Troiani, Carlo Boyancé, Alex Sometti and Giovanni Mercati, who represent Prauditing’s initial core team; they all have a common and sound professional background built with years of experience in one of the most prestigious accounting firms in the world.

They are supported by a team of talented professionals. Seniors and supervisors are the resources who are in-charge of the engagements, realize them and are responsible of the final results towards our partners and clients. They are professionals that sometimes have a several years experience in multinational audit firms, on significant projects, and have joined Prauditing with enthusiasm and motivation continuing their career path.

Auditors are people who assist seniors, managers and partners in the realization of engagements, in particular in activities of accounting analysis, both documental and quantitative. They are young and brilliant newly graduate or with some years of working background, skilled from Prauditing on the job or with tailored training, in order to develop skills and ability.

We select our people considering high professional competence profiles, but also focusing on temperament and character, since they have to deal to clients’ personnel at various levels. Technical background and updating, interrelationship style and strong commitment are our main features.
