Marco Giuseppe Troiani

Born in Verona, Italy in 1966. Graduated in 1990 in Economics at the Verona University with Honors, he is “dottore commercialista” (Italian CPA) and auditor enrolled in the Register held by the Ministry of Justice.

After a two years experience as financial dealer in an important bank, he joined in 1992 Arthur Andersen (merged during 2002 into Deloitte & Touche) where he worked until 2004 at senior manager level.

Main tasks among audit of statutory, consolidated financial statements and reporting packages (IFRS and US GAAP) of manufacturing companies operating in mechanical, thermo-technical, utilities, textile-clothing, steel, food&beverage, wholesale distribution, shoemaking industry.

Other relevant experience in due diligence projects, in M&A activities, internal auditing projects; and participated in consulting engagements: elaboration of business plans, business process re-engineering.

He is contract professor at the University of Verona.
